By accessing or using Kube-DC.cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Kube-DC.cloud provides Kubernetes-native cloud infrastructure services, including but not limited to: virtual machines, container orchestration, virtual clusters, and related development tools.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
- Distributing malware or conducting cyberattacks
- Hosting illegal content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Reselling services without authorization
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be available for extended outages as per our SLA policy.
7. Data and Security
You retain ownership of all data you store on our platform. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kube-DC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to services will be revoked, and data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
